Fissle

A nuclear-fission word puzzle where every guess costs fuel. Swipe through adjacent letters to form words, split the core, and read the green and amber slag your spent tiles leave behind. Everyone plays the same daily grid, so efficiency decides the winner, not speed. Beyond the daily 4×4 there is a timed Themed 5×5, a sudden-death Speed Streak and live Challenge rooms you can share with friends — no sign-up needed.

How to play

1. 01

   Connect adjacent letters in any direction, diagonals included, to spell a word.

2. 02

   You get the day's ideal word count plus four spare fuel cells — eight on a normal four-word day. Each valid word burns one cell; wrong guesses are free.

3. 03

   Read the slag: green means the right letter in the right slot of a hidden word, amber means right letter, wrong slot, and matching tints group letters from the same word.

4. 04

   Clear all sixteen tiles before the fuel runs out. Leftover cells earn stars; run dry and the core melts down.

5. 05

   Come back for the twists: Wacky Wednesday hides three or five words, Gravity Friday drops the tiles, and Speed Streak or a Challenge room lets you race friends on the same grid.
