We want every Mikisu Studio game to run smoothly. If something isn't working, this page tells you how to reach us and what helps us fix it fast.
Report a problem
Found a bug, a crash, or something that doesn't look right? Email us at mikisu.dev@gmail.com and we'll take a look. The more detail you include, the quicker we can help.
What to include in your report
To help us reproduce and fix the issue, please share:
- Which game — for example, Board Hub: Offline Board Games, The Oculta: Tap Timing Puzzle, Taply: Finger Chooser & Wheel, Fissle: Daily Word Hunt Grid, Refract: Color Reflex Runner, Dots & Boxes: Online & AI, Six Seven 67: Tap Party Game or Flipfold: Cambio Card Game.
- Device and OS — model and operating system version (e.g. iPhone 14 on iOS 17.4).
- Game version — found in the game's settings or app store listing.
- What happened — a short description of the problem and the steps you took before it occurred.
- A screenshot or recording if you have one.
Crashes and lost progress
If the game crashed or your progress disappeared, try closing and reopening the app first. Because game progress is stored on your device, a reinstall will clear it — let us know before reinstalling if you can, so we can advise on any recovery options.
Flipfold: Cambio Card Game support
To play with friends, choose Play with friends → Create game, tap Invite a friend and share the message containing the five-letter code. The joining player chooses Play with friends → Join. Codes never contain O, I, L, 0 or 1, and cannot be used after a game starts.
If you disconnect, reopen Play with friends and choose Rejoin your game; Flipfold: Cambio Card Game reconnects and resumes automatically. A reward is granted only after an optional video finishes, and offers appear only when a video is available.
Change advertising or analytics consent in Settings → Privacy choices, disable rewards in Settings → Reward offers, and erase server data in Settings → Delete my online data. For rules, visit the How to Play Cambio page.

Response time
We're a small studio, so it may take a few days to get back to you. Urgent issues affecting many players are prioritised.
